Tytan Title is a title insurance agency with operations in Florida, Georgia and forthcoming in Tennessee. Tytan Title was born from a spin off from a law firm’s title agency operations in 2020.  Tytan Title handles issuing title insurance policies and closing residential and commercial real estate transactions in the states in which it is licensed.  Tytan Title’s staff have underwritten title insurance on everything from simple deals to very complex commercial deals north of $25,000,000.  Tytan Title’s leadership has been involved in over 5,000 closings in their careers and are equipped with the latest underwriting and closing technology.
